GENERAL MANAGER

Set and implement resolutions regarding the company’s policies and strategies and communication of these polices and strategies to the different department for Implementation and develop the execution standards.

Monitor the overall organization and ensure the Arab Marina Contracting Est having the required experienced staff to perform the company’s business and to meet the Established goals.

Regularly review and evaluate the performance of the company and ensure that the technical resources and staff with required expertise are available for the Smooth operation of the company’s activities.

Hold regular meeting with departmental heads to discuss and review the compliance with the planned arrangement and recommend changes where required for the purpose of continual improvement.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Interacts with the clients and responds to their inquiries and concerns.

Responsible for acquiring bids and projects and supervision of document controls for both contractors and correspondences.

Make suggestion to improve the marketing strategies through regular evaluation of the results.
